3. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We disclose information as reasonably necessary to providers that help operate our business. These may include website and form hosting, customer relationship management, email and messaging, payment processing, scheduling, video conferencing, document storage, analytics, and AI-assisted business tools.
Our current service delivery includes GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, contact management, workflows, and communications, and Zoom for online meetings. Payment processing is provided through the payment services identified at checkout.
Providers may process information under their contracts with us and their own applicable privacy notices. We seek to limit access to information needed for the service being performed.
We may also disclose information:
At your direction or with your permission.
To professional advisers supporting our business.
When reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate suspected fraud or misuse.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
Submitting an application or purchasing a service does not grant us permission to publish your name, logo, testimonial, or business results. We will request permission separately.
4. Payments
Payment details are collected through our checkout and payment providers. We receive transaction information needed to confirm payment, issue receipts, administer services, and maintain records.
Please do not send payment-card information by email, text message, or through Diagnostic or application responses.
Payment, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions are addressed in the applicable service terms.
5. AI-Assisted Review and Session Recordings
We may use AI-assisted tools to organize information, summarize responses, support research, and assist with preparation of business recommendations. When used, these tools may process relevant portions of the information you provide.
We will review the provider’s data-use settings and terms before using client information, limit the information shared to what is reasonably needed, and review AI-generated material before relying on it in personalized advice.
Please contact us before submitting information if you have confidentiality restrictions or concerns about AI-assisted processing so we can discuss available arrangements.
Any recording or automated transcription of a session will be disclosed in advance and requires participant consent. Purchasing a session or accepting this Privacy Policy does not itself authorize recording or transcription.
6. Email and Text Messages
We send service-related communications concerning your application, payment, appointment, and services.
We may also offer promotional emails and text messages. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately. Providing a phone number, submitting an application, or purchasing a service does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Necessary service communications may continue as permitted by law.
If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the email address below. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to messaging providers and other service providers as necessary to deliver and support our messaging services.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites and embedded services may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, maintain preferences, protect forms, and understand website use.
Where analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they may collect device identifiers, browsing activity, and interactions with our website or communications. Depending on the tool, information may be disclosed to analytics or advertising providers.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls made available on the relevant page. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality.
Where required by applicable law, we obtain consent before using nonessential tracking technologies and provide applicable opt-out controls. Unsubscribing from email does not change your browser’s cookie settings.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
Retention depends on the information involved, the duration of our relationship, legal and accounting requirements, dispute-resolution needs, and security considerations.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements and backup retention cycles. We may retain limited records of opt-out requests to honor your communication preferences.
9. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We operate in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use the required safeguards.
10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask questions about its use.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures.
We will evaluate requests under applicable law, may verify your identity, and may retain information where a lawful exception applies. If applicable law provides a right to appeal our response, you may submit an appeal using the contact information below.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
