  1. About These Terms

These terms apply to your purchase of an Architecture Strategy Session™ from Amplify Solutions, LLC (“Amplify,” “we,” or “us”), delivered by Crystal Johnson.

Please review these terms before paying. By affirmatively accepting them at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of the business you are authorized to represent.

  1. What Your Session Includes

Your session includes:

• Personalized review of your Business Architecture Diagnostic™ responses, Founder Partnership Application™, and relevant business information you provide.
• Relevant research and strategic preparation.
• One private, 90-minute remote Architecture Strategy Session™.
• Discussion of your business patterns, priorities, and recommended next steps.

The session provides strategic guidance. It does not include implementation, software setup, ongoing consulting, unlimited follow-up, or enrollment in The Business Amplifier™. Any additional services or written deliverables must be expressly included in your purchase description or agreed to separately in writing.

  1. Investment and Scheduling

The Founding Investment is $297 USD, paid once before scheduling. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout.

There is no charge to submit an application. Acceptance of an application invites you to purchase the session; it does not create a payment obligation.

After successful payment, you will receive a private scheduling link. Appointment times are subject to availability. Please confirm the time zone displayed when booking.

  1. Credit Toward The Business Amplifier™

If you subsequently enroll in The Business Amplifier™, the $297 actually paid for your Architecture Strategy Session™ will be credited once toward your program investment.

The credit is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred to another person or business, and cannot be applied more than once. Any refunded session payment is not eligible for credit.

Program enrollment is optional and subject to a separate agreement. Purchasing a session does not guarantee acceptance into the program or reserve a particular program price.

  1. Nonrefundable Payment

The $297 session investment is nonrefundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided in these terms.

Your investment covers more than our time together. It includes personalized review, research, and strategic preparation informed by Crystal Johnson’s education and professional experience, as well as time reserved exclusively for you once your appointment is booked.

This work is tailored to your business. Once performed, the preparation, analysis, and professional time cannot be returned or recovered.

A change of mind, a decision not to implement recommendations, or dissatisfaction with a business outcome does not by itself entitle you to a refund. This policy does not excuse Amplify from providing the agreed services or limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions

You may reschedule without an additional fee by providing at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to calendar availability. Use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation.

For requests within 24 hours of your appointment or a missed session, contact [email protected]. Accommodation will be considered individually and is not guaranteed.

Canceling or missing an appointment does not create a right to a refund. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

If Amplify needs to reschedule, we will contact you to arrange another time. If Amplify cancels your session and we cannot agree on a replacement date, your session payment will be refunded.

If a technical failure on our side prevents meaningful delivery, we will arrange to complete the affected session time without an additional fee.

  1. Your Participation and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, complete requested preparation, and attend with a suitable internet connection in a setting that allows a focused conversation.

Share only information you are authorized to disclose. Do not provide account passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information about yourself, employees, or clients.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, implementation, and obtaining any professional advice needed before acting on recommendations.

  1. Nature of Advice and Results

The Diagnostic is a strategic self-assessment based on your responses. It is not an independently verified business valuation, financial audit, certification, or prediction of future performance.

The session provides business strategy and educational guidance. It does not establish an attorney-client, accounting, financial-advisory, medical, or therapeutic relationship.

We do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, customer acquisition, operational improvements, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on factors including your circumstances, decisions, implementation, and market conditions.

  1. Confidentiality

We will treat nonpublic business information shared for the session as confidential and use it to prepare for, deliver, and administer the service.

We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to support those purposes, using appropriate safeguards, or when disclosure is legally required.

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public through no breach of these terms, lawfully obtained from another source, or independently developed without use of your confidential information.

We will not use your name, business details, session content, or results in testimonials or public case studies without your separate permission.

  1. AI-Assisted Preparation

Amplify may use AI-assisted tools to help organize information, identify themes, or prepare draft summaries and recommendations. Crystal Johnson remains responsible for reviewing the work and delivering the session.

We will limit information shared with these tools to what is reasonably necessary and avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive details. AI-generated material may contain errors and will not be treated as independently verified fact.

If you have confidentiality restrictions or do not want your identifiable business information processed through AI tools, contact us before submitting additional materials so we can agree on an appropriate approach.

  1. Recordings and Transcripts

Recording or automated transcription requires advance notice and the consent of all participants. Purchasing the session does not by itself constitute consent to recording.

You may decline recording. Neither party may publish, distribute, or use a recording or transcript for marketing without separate written permission.

A recording or transcript is not a guaranteed deliverable unless expressly included in writing.

  1. Materials and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide.

Amplify retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, templates, educational content, and other proprietary materials.

Upon payment, you may use recommendations and materials supplied to you for your own internal business purposes, including sharing them with team members or professional advisers who assist with implementation and respect these restrictions.

You may not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense, or present Amplify’s proprietary materials as your own products or training without written permission.

  1. Privacy and Service Communications

We use your contact information, application, Diagnostic responses, and relevant payment and booking records to review your application, administer your purchase, prepare for the session, and communicate with you about the service.

Payment processing, scheduling, communications, and other supporting services may involve third-party providers. Additional information about personal-data handling must be provided in Amplify’s separate Privacy Policy.

Purchasing a session does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated promotional emails or marketing text messages. Any consent required for those communications will be obtained separately.

  1. Concerns and Liability

If you have a concern about the service, contact [email protected] so we can review it and seek a reasonable resolution. This request does not restrict lawful payment-dispute or other legal rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amplify is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the session recommendations. Amplify’s total liability arising from the session will not exceed the amount paid for the session.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

  1. Changes and Separate Services

The version of these terms accepted when you purchase governs that purchase. Later website changes will not retroactively change your agreement without your consent.

Additional services, including The Business Amplifier™, require a separate agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
