Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Amplify Solutions website pages that link to them, the Business Architecture Diagnostic™, the Founder Partnership Application™, and related business advisory resources.

These services are provided by Amplify Solutions, operating under the Amplify Solutions brand (“Amplify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms before using our resources or submitting information. If you do not agree, please do not use these services.

1. Who These Services Are For

Our resources and services are intended for adults age 18 or older seeking support with their businesses.

When submitting information on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to provide that information and request services for the business.

2. The Business Architecture Diagnostic™

The Diagnostic is a business self-assessment designed to help you reflect on how your business operates and identify areas for further consideration.

Scores, categories, and results depend on your responses and the assessment’s scoring method. They are educational tools, not an audit, certification, valuation, credit assessment, or prediction of future performance.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and considering how the results apply to your circumstances.

Completing the Diagnostic does not establish an ongoing advisory relationship or obligate you to purchase anything.

3. Founder Partnership Applications

Submitting an application is free and does not guarantee acceptance, an invitation to a strategy session, or enrollment in a program.

We review applications to assess potential fit, priorities, and our capacity to provide support. We may request additional information, offer an appropriate next step, or decline an application.

You are under no obligation to purchase a service because you submit an application.

4. Paid Services and Strategy Sessions

Paid services require a separate purchase or agreement. The scope, price, duration, and applicable conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

The Architecture Strategy Session™ is governed by the separate [Architecture Strategy Session Terms & Conditions](https://discover.amplifysolutions.biz/strategy-session-terms-page), including its payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and any program-credit provisions.

Those service-specific terms control if they conflict with these general Terms regarding the paid session. Any subsequent program or implementation engagement may require its own agreement.

These general Terms do not create a new refund restriction or change the terms of a purchase already made.

5. Educational and Advisory Nature of Services

Our resources and services provide business education, strategic analysis, and recommendations. They do not replace individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or mental-health advice from appropriately qualified professionals.

You retain responsibility for your business decisions, implementation, and compliance obligations.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead-generation, operational, or other results. Outcomes depend on factors including your circumstances, decisions, execution, resources, and market conditions.

Examples and testimonials illustrate individual experiences and do not promise that you will achieve the same outcome.

6. Information You Submit

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit.

You grant us permission to use and process those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the requested assessment, review your application, prepare and deliver agreed services, communicate with you, and maintain related business records, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to share submitted materials. Please do not provide passwords, unnecessary sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party information you are not authorized to disclose.

This permission does not authorize us to publish your identity, business information, logo, or testimonial for marketing. We will request permission separately.

7. Privacy, AI Assistance, and Recordings

Our [Privacy Policy](https://discover.amplifysolutions.biz/privacy-policy) explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

We may use AI-assisted tools to organize responses, support research, and assist with preparation, as described in that policy. AI-generated material may contain errors and is subject to human review when used for personalized advice.

Contact us before submitting information if you have confidentiality restrictions or concerns about AI-assisted processing.

Recording or automated transcription of a session requires advance disclosure and participant consent. Using the website, submitting an application, or purchasing a session does not itself authorize recording.

8. Our Materials and Intellectual Property

We or our licensors own the website content, assessment structure, scoring methods, branding, templates, and other proprietary materials, except for materials you own or that are identified as belonging to others.

You may use the resources and results provided to you for your own business planning. You may share your results with your internal team or professional advisers for that purpose, subject to any additional terms supplied with a particular resource.

Without permission, you may not resell our materials, publish the assessment or scoring system, distribute our templates as your own products, or reproduce substantial portions of our resources to offer a competing assessment or service.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

* Submit fraudulent, unlawful, or deliberately misleading information.

* Impersonate another person or business.

* Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or private information.

* Disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, or interfere with other users.

* Use automated tools to extract protected assessment content or private data without authorization.

* Use our services to infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms. Any effect on paid services remains subject to the applicable purchase agreement and law.

10. Communications

We may send communications needed to administer your Diagnostic, application, purchase, appointment, or requested services.

Promotional email and text-message communications are subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements. Acceptance of these Terms alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the provided link. If you separately opt in to texts, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Marketing-text consent is not a condition of purchase.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may involve third-party platforms for payments, scheduling, communications, video meetings, and other functions.

Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee their continuous availability. A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

If a third-party technical problem affects a paid service, contact us so we can address it under the applicable service terms.

12. Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep our resources useful and accurate, but free website materials may contain errors or become outdated. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or other reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, free website resources and self-assessment tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that they will satisfy every business need.

Nothing in this section removes an express commitment made in a paid-service agreement or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Responsibility and Disputes

You are responsible for evaluating recommendations and deciding whether and how to implement them.

If you have a concern, please contact us with a description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. We will make reasonable efforts to address it.

Contacting us does not waive your legal rights or require you to miss any applicable deadline. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Any additional liability provisions for a paid service are stated in its separate agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our resources and services evolve. Updated Terms will display a revised date, and we will provide additional notice or seek agreement when required by law.

Changes will apply prospectively. They will not retroactively change an existing paid-service agreement without an appropriate agreement or legal basis.

15. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay in enforcing a provision does not itself waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with any applicable service-specific agreement, describe the terms for the activities within their scope.
